Hi, I’m Ananth, your Lean Manufacturing Coach / Consultant.
I started Hash Managagement Services in the year 2009 and in the last 13 years, we have worked with more than 100 companies helping them on the Lean Journey. We would like to operate in a niche area (Lean Mfg) and would aspire to grow at a rapid pace in this segment.
I have also written a book called “Level One – Unlock Your Career in Manufacturing” aimed at providing practical Industry Knowledge to young professionals. You can buy the book here. I have have also published Online Courses that would help your team to learn Lean Manufacturing and excel in the shop floor.
I am a Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduation in Supply Chain & Operations. I worked as a Senior Engineer with Titan Industries and as a Consultant with Deloitte’s Consulting Practice before starting my firm. I believe in Self Development and Continuous Learning.
I’m married and have 2 kids. I love Cars, Music, Creative Designing, playing Guitar, Travelling and Meeting New people.
Sundar Raj is a Mechanical Engineer from Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli and has joined as a fresh engineer in Hash Management Services LLP. He has undergone training in Lean Manufacturing and lean tools like 5S, SMED and PokaYoke. He loves playing cricket and watching movies.

Santhosh is a Mechanical Engineer from Park College of Technology and had worked with ZF Wind power, Coimbatore earlier. He had a good knowledge in the Manufacturing and done lot of improvement activities to reduce the cycle time and lead time of the product. He had a passion to do investments and love to cook foods.
Mohammed Arsath is a Mechanical Engineer from the Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli, and has joined as a fresh engineer at Hash Management Services LLP. He has undergone training in lean Manufacturing and implemented lean tools like 5S, and Kaizen and has good knowledge on VSM, Inventory management, and Inbound methodology. He loves playing cricket and watching movies.
Dharmaraj is a Mechanical Engineer from KPR institute of engineering and technology. Having Internship Experiences in Ampere Vehicles , Metal care solutions,Repose Mattress. He had completed Diploma in mechanical engineering in 2018 & Having Work Experience in GKN Driveline India Pvt Ltd. He loves Watching Movies & working in software.
Akash is a Mechanical Engineer from Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli and has joined as a fresh engineer in Hash Management Services LLP. He has undergone training in Lean Manufacturing and lean tools like 55, SMED and PokaYoke. He loves playing Volleyball and watching movies.
Pranav is a Mechanical Engineer from KLN College of Engineering, Madurai. He had worked in Indaid and Wheels India Limited earlier. He possesses sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing. He has a craze towards biking and is a part of the TVS biking community. He also loves music, and he’s a singer. He has learnt a section of Carnatic Music.
Raghul is a Mechanical Engineer from Government College of Engineering Tirunelveli and he had worked in UCAL fuel systems earlier. He has a good knowledge on Production, Manpower handling. He had supervised over 25 employees, with full adherence to company’s safety guidelines and quality assurance standards. He is familiar with 5S and continuous flow initiatives. He loves playing Cricket and basketball during his free time.

To be the best, we need to have a lot of self discipline. We have very less supervision and guidance for our team members and only with self discipline we can exceed the quality of work we committed to the clients.
1. We work with Private (Partnerships / Private Ltd / Public Ltd) organisations only. We do not work with Government / Quasi-Government Organisations / Cluster based initiatives (funded by Government /Ministries and NGOs).
2. We would follow all the rules of the land and would be transparent in our business transactions.
3. Client Data and business information would be kept confidential.
4. We would never compromise on the integrity and our values for the sake of winning projects / making profits.
5. We do not give gifts to clients/others and do not accept gifts/bribe under any circumstances.
6. We do not work with competing companies in a rolling period of Six months.
7. We do not recruit personnel from our customers.
8. We never recommend someone (for jobs) to our customers
