5S Implementation at SuperBond Adhesives

Introduction:
We partnered with SuperBond Adhesives to strengthen workplace organization and standardization through a structured 5S initiative across multiple units. The objective was to create consistency and discipline while building team ownership.

Project Description:
The program was delivered in an online format using our gamified implementation approach, ensuring strong engagement across all three units. The focus was on driving practical execution, supported by regular reviews, team involvement, and step-by-step guidance to ensure alignment and consistency.

Results:
5S was successfully implemented across all areas in the three units, leading to improved workplace organization and visual control. The teams demonstrated strong ownership, ensuring that the practices were sustained effectively beyond the implementation phase.
