5S Implementation at LHSS Silicone Hoses

Introduction:
We collaborated with LHSS Silicone Hoses to strengthen workplace organization and establish consistent shopfloor practices through a focused 5S initiative. The goal was to create clarity, discipline, and ownership within the team.

Project Description:
The program was delivered through our structured, gamified approach in an online format, ensuring high engagement despite remote execution. Emphasis was placed on practical implementation across all areas, supported by regular checkpoints, team involvement, and guided execution.

Results:
5S was effectively deployed across the facility, resulting in a cleaner, more organized, and visually controlled workplace. The team demonstrated strong ownership, ensuring that the improvements were not only implemented but consistently sustained over time.
