5S Implementation at Setco Spindles

Introduction:
We partnered with Setco Spindles to drive workplace organization and discipline through a structured 5S implementation. The objective was to build a strong foundation for operational excellence while ensuring team ownership and sustainability.

Project Description:
The program was delivered entirely online using our unique gamification approach, enabling active participation and engagement from the team. The focus was on implementing 5S across all areas through structured activities, regular reviews, and continuous guidance—ensuring that the learning translated into action on the shopfloor.

Results:
5S was successfully implemented across all areas, creating a more organized, efficient, and visually managed workplace. More importantly, the practices were sustained through strong team ownership, demonstrating that even remote, gamified interventions can drive lasting change.
