5S at TVS Mobility - 105 Units

Introduction:
We are partnering with TVS Mobility to drive large-scale workplace transformation through structured 5S implementation across their network of units. The focus is on building consistency, discipline, and ownership at scale.

Project Description:
This ongoing engagement spans 100+ units across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh. The program is being executed through our structured and scalable approach, ensuring uniform adoption while enabling each unit to take ownership. The journey has progressed systematically, with teams currently advancing through the 4th S.

Results:
The initiative has delivered strong and visible improvements across units, with enhanced workplace organization, better visual management, and increased team involvement.
