Introduction: We have implemented 5S at Sri Jayavilas Spinning Mills, Aruppukottai.

Our Activities: We have created teams and applied the Gamification technique for the 5S Implementation. Teams are formed in all the units and 5S being implemented with the participation of all the employees. Rewards and Recognitions are part of the implementation.

Results: 5S getting sustained even after 3 years of completion of our engagement. More than 10% Area Saved. Quality Improvement and Yarn Breakage reduced by 50%.
